2. Document Verification & Discrepancies

• All applicants must provide valid and authentic documents during registration.

• If any discrepancy, forgery, or misleading information is found, the applicant’s eligibility will be immediately terminated.

• The organizing body reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.

3. Jurisdiction Clause

• All legal disputes related to this scholarship test shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hisar District Courts, Haryana.

4. Use of Unfair Means or Malpractice

• If any candidate is found using electronic devices, AI tools, impersonation, or any other method to bypass or manipulate the test, their eligibility will be immediately terminated.

• The organizers reserve the right to take disciplinary and legal action in such cases.

5. Impersonation Warning

• If any person other than the registered applicant is found appearing in the test on someone else’s behalf, the application will be terminated without notice, and legal proceedings may follow.

6. No Refund Policy

• Once the application fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including technical errors, withdrawal, or disqualification.

7. No Sponsorship or External Funding

• This scholarship program is not affiliated with or sponsored by any coaching institute, educational body, or brand.

• All rewards and operations are funded solely by the organizing team as a goodwill initiative.
